connected Outline
Draws a hairline outline around a Connected UI item, respecting its edges and corners.
The outline is rendered after the content (drawContent() first) so that it overlays the item's background. Each enabled edge is drawn as a straight line segment; where two adjacent enabled edges meet at an outer corner, a quadratic Bézier curve with the specified cornerRadius smoothly connects them. Joined (inner) corners are drawn as sharp right angles because the small StylishDimensions.joinedCornerRadius is handled by the clip shape rather than the outline path.
The stroke color is taken from MaterialTheme.colorScheme.outlineVariant and the stroke width from StylishTheme.dimensions.outlineWidth (default 0.4 dp). The path is inset by half the stroke width so that the stroke sits fully inside the item bounds.
Return
A Modifier that draws the outline after the decorated content.
Note: the Foundation layer normally contains no rendering composables; connectedOutline is the documented exception — the reference renderer for the geometry this layer computes.
Parameters
Which sides of the item to outline. Compute with connectedRowEdges or connectedColumnEdges.
Which corners are outer (rounded) versus joined (sharp). Compute with connectedColumnCorners, connectedRowCorners, or connectedGridCorners.
The radius used for outer-corner arcs. Defaults to StylishTheme.dimensions.connectedCornerRadius.
